Monday - Thursday $1,800/night

Friday - Sunday $2,000/night

3-night minimum stay during summer months

Cleaning fee: $750

Refundable security deposit: $1000

State & municipal tax rate:11.92%

Maximum Overnight Occupancy: 33

*If extra visitors will be present during the day, an extra fee may be charged.  Written permission from management is required to bring in any day visitors.

Payment Schedule

 

25% of total amount is required to make a reservation. An additional 25% is due 6 months prior to your reserved date.

If your reservation is made within 6 months of the reserved date, a 50% deposit is required.  The remainder of the full payment is due 45 days before your reservation date.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable for May to October reservations, as well as holiday reservations.  November to April reservations are refundable until 30 days prior to check-in.
